Orders are fulfilled next working day.

Orders are shipped using Amazon FBA and are usually delivered between 2-4 business days.

Returns Policy

To return your item please email info@nebula-nugs.com with your order number as the subject line

• If you are not satisfied with your items you may return your goods. We will offer a full refund when items are returned within 14 days.
• Returns to be returned in their original condition, un-damaged and must be returned within 14 days of receipt.
• Please allow 3 working days from us receiving the goods for your refund to be processed. Your bank may take 5-7 working days for your refund to reach your account.
• Please be very careful when handling your goods as we can not refund or exchange any items that have been damaged or mishandled.
• In the rare event that a return is rejected, the decision is final and is non-negotiable.
• All items returned after the 14 days are non-refundable.
• Please note that we can not refund, exchange or issue any credit notes for any unwanted items after 30 days from the order being placed.
